Beetroot with rice porridge

Wash the beetroot, peel, cut into straws, put in a saucepan, pour 2 a glass of water, salt, bring to the boil and fall asleep. Bring to the boil again, add sugar, cook under a low heat for 10 minutes, remove from the heat and insist for 20 minutes. Then pour in the hot milk, boil without stirring, put the butter, mix and serve.
