Bring to a boil. Add salt. Cook the milk rice porridge over a minimum heat under a lid until tender, about 20 minutes. Alternatively, rice porridge can be boiled in milk with water (at a ratio of 50/50): pour washed rice cereals into boiling water, cook for 10-15 minutes, then pour in hot milk and, stirring, cook the porridge for another 5-10 minutes.
