Sweet semolina with nuts

Add sugar, salt to the milk, bring to a boil and, stirring, gradually pour in the semolina. Continuing to stir, cook the porridge on a low heat for about 15 - 20 minutes, then cool slightly, add vanillin and finely chopped walnut kernels. Lightly whisk the egg in a deep enameled mug placed in hot water, then remove the mug from the water and whisk the egg until thick foam forms. Carefully add a beaten egg to hot manure porridge in 2-3 doses. Chill the porridge, arrange on plates and pour over fruit and berry syrup or jam.
