Porridge with vegetables

Go through the cereals and peas, rinse thoroughly and mix. Peel the vegetables, cut into thin plates and divide into 2 parts. Place one part on the bottom of the pan so that it is completely covered, then put the mixture of cereals with peas and level, put the remaining vegetables on top. Fill everything with hot salt water so that it is in excess, bring to a boil and cook over a low heat for 15 minutes. Then remove the pan from the heat, cover, hold for 30 minutes and serve.
