Fried oysters
1 serving
Wash the oyster meat well with running water so that there is no sea sludge left, and throw it into a colander. Large oysters can be cut into 2-3 parts. Preheat the pan with the vegetable oil and fry the oysters, then add 1 cup of water and bring to a boil over high heat, constantly removing the resulting foam. Add the sour cream, 1/3 hour spoons of black ground pepper and cook, reducing the heat. Roughly chop the feathers of spring onions (without the white part), and crush the garlic. Cut the green pepper in half, peel from the seeds and cut into a short thin straw. When the oysters are almost ready, add the green pepper, onion, soy sauce and salt. Dry with a lid for a few more minutes. Season with the garlic, remaining black pepper, sesame seeds and arrange into plates.
