Sailor snails

Cook snails, remove meat from shells. Fry onions, put snail meat. Add salt, pepper, red wine, a glass of decoction in which the snails were cooked, and fresh mushrooms, cut into 4 parts. Cover the pan with a lid and put on a low heat. If the sauce boils, add some more decoction. Cook for 25 - 30 minutes. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley greens. Serve hot.

snails - 2 kg, butter - 6 tbsp. spoons, onions - 1 pc., sweet red wine - 0.66 cups, salted mushrooms - 250 g, pepper to taste, salt to taste
