Cut the squid into pieces and pass through a meat grinder. Add onion, salt, pepper, lightly boiled rice, egg and pe­remeshat well. Cut the minced meat in the form of balls (4 pieces per serving), roll in flour, fry and simmer in tomato sauce. Side with boiled potatoes or mashed potatoes.
