spaghetti - 450 g, seafood frozen 500 g, cream - 200 g, grated cheese - 70 g, vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons, onions - 1 pc., garlic - 2 cloves, salt to taste, black pepper ground to taste, saffron ground to taste
In order to cook spaghetti with seafood, first you need to boil spaghetti in salted water, put them in a colander. Then pour the frozen seafood (peeled mussels, shrimp, squid) into boiling water, cook for a few minutes and also roll back into a colander. After that, make a creamy seafood sauce. Saute finely chopped onions in a frying pan in vegetable oil, add crushed garlic. After 2 minutes, add the seafood and fry for 5 minutes. Then pour cream over them. Salt, pepper, add saffron and after another 5 minutes remove the pan from the heat. Spaghetti pour over the cooked sauce. Sprinkle the seafood spaghetti with the grated cheese.
