Pilaf of mussels

Fry the cooked mussel meat in oil with a small amount of finely chopped onions. Separately fry the pre-boiled rice and onions in oil, salt to taste, pour with decoction or water, cover the kastryulyu with a lid and put in the oven for 15-20 minutes, add the mussel meat and mix well. Sprinkle with petrushki greens before serving.
