Squid pilaf

Lightly beat the squid, cut into pieces and fry with lu­kom and carrots, cut into straws. Fold into a saucepan and pere­meshat with the rice, cooked until half cooked. Add salt, oil, water, cover and simmer in the oven for 30-40 minutes.
