Squid dumplings




Clean the squid, wash, cut into pieces and, together with the onions, pass through a meat grinder. Add the egg, vegetable oil, pepper, salt and mix well. Make the dough. In the sifted flour, make a depression, pour warm water into it, add egg, salt and knead the cool dough. Roll it out in a thin layer, cut out with a notch or glass of circles and put small balls of cooked mince on each of them. The edges of the dough circles are well pinched. Cook the prepared dumplings in boiling salted water. Before serving, pour the dumplings over the melted butter.
