Stewed octopus (2nd option)

Fold octopus meat into a saucepan (or clay pot). Add the strained tomatoes, vegetable oil, crushed garlic, pepper and salt. Cover and simmer over low heat for 30-40 minutes. The sauce should become thick, dark and transparent. If it turns out to be liquid, you need to boil it again without meat. Put the parsley 15 minutes before the end of the stew.
