Cut the prepared octopus meat into pieces and fry. Finely chop and fry the onions with tomato paste, add wine, water, bay leaf, pepper, salt and dry. Boiled mushrooms, carrots, celery, cut into straws, dry and combine with the resulting sauce. Fold the fried octopus meat into a saucepan, pour over the tomato sauce, close tightly with a lid (the lid can be covered with dough) and simmer over low heat for 1- 2 hours.
