Sea scallop baked with mushrooms

Divide the boiled scallop across the fibers and cut into strips. Finely chop the onions and fry lightly, add finely chopped boiled porcini mushrooms and fry for 4-5 minutes. Polo­zhit the prepared scallop, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour a little sour cream sauce into the pan, put the prepared mass and pour over the remaining sauce. Sprinkle over the top with grated cheese, pour over the butter and bake in the oven. The scallop can also be baked in tomato sauce.
