scallop of sea - 500 g, wheat flour - 2 tbsp. spoons, eggs - 2 pcs., ground crumbs - 2 tbsp. spoons, spices to taste, salt to taste
How to make a scallop? Cut the scallop into 1-2 pieces per serving, sprinkle with salt, pepper, bake in flour, soak in an egg, bake in crumbs and deep fry until a ruddy crust forms. Before serving, pour over the butter and sprinkle with the greens. Side fried scallops with chips.
