defrost the shrimp. finely chop or crush the garlic. cut the leek into rings of 2-3 cm each, wash the tomatoes, roll with boiling water and remove the skin. cut them into small pieces. rinse and dry the shrimp. heat the oil in a wok or in a pan, put out the garlic and onions. put the shrimp in the same place and fry them until tender, stirring until pink. remove and set aside. leave the oil in the wok, put the tomatoes there and heat. salt. stir the soy sauce, sugar and cornstarch and, stirring, add to the tomatoes. when the mass boils, reduce the fire, extinguish for 1 minute. add shrimp and heat. before serving, drizzle with sesame oil and serve with the rice in heated piala.
