Prawns with green peas

shrimp peel from the shell, wash, dry and roughly chop. sprinkle the chopped shrimp with salt, sodium glutamate, ground and cornmeal. heat vegetable oil in a wok or deep pan and fry shrimp in it until ready. remove the shrimp from the pan, leaving the liquid from the roast. place the peas in the roast liquid for about 2-3 minutes. add shrimp to the peas and mix gently. keep on a medium heat for another 2-3 minutes until the shrimp are ready. this is an extraordinarily beautiful and tender dish that will be perfect for a light festive dinner.
