Cuttlefish with peas and carrots

Cut cuttlefish into pieces, fry, season with salt pepper and crushed garlic. Leave for a few minutes, pour wine and add raster­tuyu sprat. Simmer for 15-20 minutes, then add the strained tomatoes, some water and simmer for a further 15 minutes. Put ze­lenyy peas, chopped carrots and simmer until tender. Put on a dish, sprinkle with parsley and po­dat hot to the table.
