Stuffed squid

Carefully clean the squid, cut off the tentacles. Rinse the squid in cold water, dry. Prepare a mixture of vegetable mas­la, eggs, crushed sprats, crushed squid tentacles, parsley, grated dry bread, salt and pepper. Mix everything well. Fill the squid carcass with the prepared mixture. Lubricate the form with vegetable oil, put stuffed squid in it, salt, pepper. Doba­vit dry white wine and put it in a preheated oven. Bake at 180-190 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Serve to the table in go­ryachem form.

fresh squid - 1.5 kg, salted sprat (soaked) 4 pcs., garlic - 2 cloves, parsley greens crushed 1 tbsp. spoon, eggs - 2 pcs., vegetable oil - 1 cup, dry white wine - 0.5 cups, bread crumb (grated dry bread) 2 tbsp. spoons, ground pepper to taste, salt to taste
