Fried shrimp




Fried shrimp recipes are very popular - you don't have to be an expert food maker to quickly make a great snack. This fried shrimp recipe comes from Chinese cuisine.

Cut off the legs and rinse the shrimp thoroughly. If desired, you can clean the shell. Dry washed shrimp. Finely chop the ginger. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or frying pan, pour in soy sauce, rice wine or sherry, wine vinegar, put brown sugar and crushed ginger. When the mixture boils, put the shrimp in it. Fry over a high heat under a closed lid for about 5 minutes. Serve hot or cold to cocktails. This dish is eaten with your hands.
