How to make pork goulash with noodles: Wash the meat, dry and cut into cubes weighing about 25g.
Peel, wash, grind the onions.
Wash the tomatoes, peel, cut into pieces.
Put the fat in the pan. Melt. Fry the meat in well-heated fat until they brown on all sides (about 10 minutes).
By the end of the frying, sprinkle the meat with salt, ground pepper and finely chopped onions.
Stir-fry the meat and onions over a medium heat for about 5 minutes.

Finely roll out the dough, dry a little, sprinkle with flour, roll to one side, cut across into narrow strips.
Boil 3 liters of water. Salt. Boil the noodles in a large amount of salted water, about 5 minutes.
Tip the noodles into a colander.
Then transfer to a saucepan with the stew. Gently mix everything.
Cover the pan with a lid and put in the oven for 20 minutes to dry (at 160 degrees). No more mixing!
