Goulash from burbot

Cut the fillet into pieces and fry lightly with the onion finely chopped. Then fold into a saucepan, add tomato paste, laurel, leaf, pepper, salt, mix and simmer for 20 - 30 minutes. Put sour cream and simmer for another 5 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes, the sauce in which the fish was stewed, and vegetable salad.
