Opata in sour cream

Mushrooms are traditionally cooked in sour cream, which perfectly reveals their taste and gives the dish tenderness. Opata is a great selection of mushrooms to make this dish.

fresh sprouts - 1000 g, sour cream - 200 g, butter - 100 g, dill to taste, salt to taste

Before making the sprouts, go through the fresh sprouts, peel and rinse well. Slice the mushrooms, salt and simmer in oil for 30 minutes. Then add sour cream and simmer for another 10 minutes. Sprinkle the sprouts in sour cream with crushed herbs. You can serve with mamaliga.
