Cook the scrambled and well-washed mushrooms until tender, then cool, finely chop or pass through a meat grinder. Fry finely chopped onions, add to the prepared mushrooms and simmer 10-15 minutes. Cool the mass, add crushed garlic, vinegar, pepper, salt. Put the caviar in a salad bowl, sprinkle with green onions.
