Mushrooms baked in sour cream sauce

1 serving

Fry the processed mushrooms, season with sour cream sauce, bring to a boil, put on serving pans, sprinkle with grated cheese, drizzle with oil and bake. You can also bake mushrooms under sour cream-tomato sauce, adding browned onions to them and, accordingly, reducing the laying of mushrooms. During cooking, porridge should be added some of the fat that relies on the recipe. This significantly improves the taste of porridge (from 50 to 100 g per 1 kg of cereal). The amount of fat per serving of any porridge can be taken in different ways: 10, 15 or 20 g, and sugars 5, 10, 20, 25 or 30 g. For cooking porridge, choose dishes with a thick bottom. It is best to use food boilers with indirect heating (steam boilers with various heating, etc. ) for this purpose. The cereal should be washed before filling into the boiler. You can fill the cereal only in a boiling liquid. Having fallen asleep to the boiler, the cereal is stirred, lifting it from the bottom with fun. As soon as the cereal absorbs all water, stop interfering, level the surface, reduce heating, close the lid and cook the porridge with low heat, but not lower than 90-100 °
