Prepared fresh mushrooms are diced and fried. Then mushrooms are combined with medium-thick milk sauce (flour is mixed with oil and brewed with milk, salted and brought to a boil), mushrooms are placed in a small pan, sprinkled with grated cheese, sprayed with oil and baked in an oven. Served, watered with melted butter or margarine.
