Wipe the dirt from the mushroom hats with a wet towel, sprinkle with salt, spread on a baking sheet, in which 2 tablespoons of butter are melted, with the bottom up. Put a piece of butter in each hat. Put the baking sheet in the oven for 10 minutes. If the mushrooms begin to dry, put more butter in the hats and do so until the mushrooms are ready. Salt to taste. Serve separately or to the beefsteak, roasted pork.
