Braised mushrooms

boil fresh mushrooms in a small amount of salted water, eat, grind, fry lightly, combine with onions finely chopped and toasted in butter, sprinkle with pepper, add salt and mix. fold into a sauté pan, pour with sour cream, add tomato, spices and simmer for 5 - 3 minutes. after that, you can put (if desired) diced potatoes, sautéed onions in mushrooms, gently mix, put everything together for a few more minutes. sprinkle with dill when served. yarn mushrooms (fried in fat)
