Mushrooms stuffed with pork and shrimp

wash the mushrooms, dry and cut off the legs. shrimp clean from the shell, insides (making a longitudinal incision), wash and dry. finely chop the greens. grind shrimp meat with pork, add greens, 0. 5 tsp salt and ground pepper to taste. fill the prepared mushroom caps with the mixture. heat 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a deep pan. put the stuffed mushroom hats in the heated oil with the filling upstairs. keep on medium heat under a closed lid. after 4-5 minutes, pour in the soy sauce or salt. if the mushrooms have fully absorbed the oil, add 1-2 tablespoons of water. the total extinguishing time of mushrooms is about 10 minutes. decorate each hat with a small piece of celery. the snack is served both hot and cold.
