Mushroom omelette

Cut 250 g of mushrooms or any other mushrooms into small wedges, simmer in oil for 5-10 minutes. Together with parsley greens and spices. Beat the whites (3 eggs) separately, and make dough from yolks, flour (4 tbsp) and mineral soda water, which resembles sour cream in thickness. Mix everything with mushrooms and bake in a pan, like a regular omelette. Serve hot with vegetable salad.
