Mushroom gulash

Mushrooms and onions are chopped, lightly browned in fat, crushed sweet pepper pods are added and simmered until tender. Tomato puree is browned separately. Fried mushrooms are sprinkled with flour, tomato puree and sour cream are added. Season with salt, pepper and simmer for a few more minutes. Served with boiled potatoes.
