Mushroom caviar - 1st method

Dried or fresh mushrooms are boiled, squeezed, crushed to make mush. Onion is finely chopped, put into mushrooms, vegetable oil, vinegar with sugar dissolved in it is added and all is mixed. Caviar is served, garnished with parsley greens.
