Everything ingenious is simple! Fresh fried mushrooms will be unusually tasty if you evaporate excess liquid from them in a pan, and then fry them in oil.

butter to taste, sunflower oil to taste, fresh white mushrooms to taste, fresh chanterelles to taste, fresh podberezoviki to taste, fresh aspen to taste, fresh butter to taste, fresh mohoviki to taste

White wedges, as well as aspen, boles, butter, moshovik, are laid out in a cast-iron pan, salted and kept on fire until moisture evaporates. Then put the butter and fry the mushrooms until brown-golden crust appears. Chanterelles are fried separately. They are very good in sunflower oil.
