Cabbage rolls with whiting

Peel the cabbage head, cut out the gruel, put in a saucepan with salted water and cook for 3- 5 minutes. Then remove the cabbage, let the water drain, disassemble into individual leaves and beat them back. Put the minced fish on each leaf and wrap, giving the cabbage rolls an oval shape. Lightly fry the prepared cabbage rolls in butter, fold in a saucepan, pour over sour cream-no-tomato sauce and simmer on low heat until tender. Before serving, pour over the cabbage rolls with the sauce in which they simmered. To make minced meat, pass the fillet through a meat grinder. Boil the rice, rinse, combine with the fish mince, add salt, black pepper and mix.
