Fish cabbage rolls in tomato

Over the cabbage leaves with boiling water and hold in it for 20 minutes until softened under a closed lid. Cut from the leaves of the thickening. Pass the fish fillet through a meat grinder along with 2 bulbs, add carrots grated on a coarse grater, onions fried in oil (3 bulbs), pepper, salt and sugar. You can use some minced chicken or chicken fat, shredded celery or parsley greens. Rinse the rice for cabbage rolls several times, pour boiling water and allow to swell, then mix with the rest of the components. Put 2 tbsp. spoons of minced meat, wrap and put in a saucepan. Pour hot water, adding sour cream, tomato sauce, salt and sugar. When the gravy boils, close the pan with a lid and put on a low heat.
