Meat cabbage rolls

Pass the meat through a meat grinder, boil the cereals until half cooked, cool and mix with crushed meat, adding finely chopped, slightly toasted onions, salt and pepper. Remove the top wilted leaves from the cabbage, cut out the deep grub and immerse the head in boiling salted water. After 15 minutes, remove it from the water, cool and disassemble it into leaves.
