Pilaf cabbage rolls
Make minced meat and onions. Rinse young grape leaves with cold water. Put a little (5-10g) of the cooked minced meat on each sheet and make small cabbage rolls. Tie the ready-made cabbage rolls on a thread, put in dishes with water and boil. Add cabbage rolls to zirvak (fried meat with onions and carrots) before laying rice and cook with rice. When serving, put the cabbage rolls on top of the finished pilaf.
meat - 350 g, onions - 4-5 pcs., black pepper - 0.5 tsp, salt - 0.5 tsp, grape leaves - 25-30 pcs.
