Soak the bread with sauce from the roast, put a thin slice of the roast on each slice. Grate the cheese, mix with a raw egg, season with salt and pepper. Red ground pepper (paprika) is especially good. Put the resulting mass on a hot slice with a slide. Bake in a hot oven until the sandwich browns.
