Roast with italian sauce

Combine chopped meat, eggs, crumbs, 2 bulbs, lightly fried in olive oil, 3 tbsp. spoons of parsley greens and 60 g of grated cheese. Knead well, arrange in the form of a loaf and fry until ruddy in the remaining olive oil. Transfer to a saucepan. Peel the tomatoes, remove the stalk and cut into cubes.
