Roast with mushrooms

Portion pieces of beef (back-to-gas part), onions, cubes of smoked pork belly are fried, transferred to a sauté pan, poured with broth, wine is poured, spices are added and stewed till ready at low boiling. Mushrooms are finely chopped, fried and combined with browned flour, tomato and juice in which the meat was stewed. Mushroom sauce is poured into a pan of meat and brought to a boil. Rice, boiled potatoes are served on the side dish.
