Moldavian roast

Beef is cut into large pieces, beaten, salted, pepper and fried. Potatoes are cut into garlic and fried with onions, carrots and parsley. The meat is then stewed for 30 - 40 minutes along with the potatoes in the red main sauce with the wine. Salt and pepper to taste. When served, the roast is decorated with herbs. Pickles are served separately.
