cut potatoes and carrots into large cubes, fry, add raw chopped onions, sprinkle with pepper and mix. fry the meat and simmer until ready with mash tomato and broth. put prepared potatoes and vegetables in layers interspersed with fried meat in a sauté pan, pour with broth, add pepper, bay leaf and simmer until tender. sprinkle finely chopped garlic and herbs before serving.
