Teterka roast
Clean, wash and tie the string with strings, fold in a sauté pan, pour oil and put in a hot oven. when it is boarded up, remove, pour over the resulting juice, salt, put back in the oven and do so until the aunt is fried to softness. when it is ready, get it from the saute pan, fold it on a dish, and pour 3 tbsp. l of broth, cook the juice well, sprinkle salt to taste and pour over the roast on the platter.
