Braised pork ribs

Chop pork ribs into portioned pieces if necessary. Rinse, dry, remove excess fat and bone fragments.
Peel the onions, finely chop.
Heat 1 tbsp. spoon of oil in a frying pan over high heat. Add honey. Bring the honey to a boil. Place the first portion of the ribs in one layer.
Fry pork ribs on all sides until crusted (0. 5-1 min on each side). Also fry the following portions of ribs.
Fry the onions lightly on the fat remaining from the frying of the ribs.
Put the fried ribs in cast iron or sauté pan (volume 2-3 liters) and pour with broth. Cook pork ribs under the lid when low boiling. Spot the time.
After 20-25 minutes of starting to cook the meat, peel and finely chop the apple.
After 25-30 minutes of cooking, add the fried onion and chopped peeled apple to the cast iron.
After about 1. 5 hours, when the meat softens and will easily separate from the bones, add cream, salt, pepper. Increase the heat to medium and continue to simmer, stirring and not covering the lid, so that the liquid evaporates and the sauce thickens.
To make the sauce thicker, you need 1 tbsp. spoons of flour fry in a dry pan until pinkish. Then, mixing thoroughly, add the flour to the sauce.
Ready-made braised pork ribs can be decorated with herbs.
It is recommended to serve salad, mashed potatoes or pasta on the side dish for pork stews.
