Boil 2. 5 liters of water, salt (1 tbsp). Lower the pasta into boiling salted water. Cook pasta according to the instructions on the package.
Tip the cooked pasta into a colander, rinse two to three times with cold water.
Cut the meat into pieces.
Peel the onions and cut into half rings or rings.
Heat vegetable oil or fat in a saucepan or Kazan. Fry the onions and meat over a medium heat, stirring periodically, for 7-10 minutes. Then add the tomatoes or tomato paste, cover and simmer over a minimum heat for 20-30 minutes.
