Homemade ukrainian roast

Pork - 200 g, Potatoes - 300 g, Carrots - 100 g, Onions - 100 g, Water - 150 ml, or Broth - 150 ml, Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp. spoons, Salt - 0.75 tsp, Black pepper - 3-5 pcs., Bay leaf - 1 pc., Parsley greens - 4-5 sprigs, Garlic - 2 teethPrepare products for home-cooked roasting.
How to make a home-cooked roast: Cut the meat into small pieces. (half the size of a matchbox).
Heat 1 tbsp oil. Lay out the meat, fry it, stirring, over a medium heat until golden (10 minutes). Then reduce the heat to a minimum, cover the pan with a lid and lightly extinguish the meat for another 5-7 minutes).
Peel the potatoes, wash, cut into 3-4cm side cubes.
Peel the carrots, wash, cut into 1cm-side cubes
Peel, wash, grind the onions.
Heat 3 tbsp. spoons of vegetable oil. Lay out the vegetables.
Dice the potatoes and carrots to fry with the bulb onions over a medium heat, stirring, until golden (10 minutes).
Then put the meat and vegetables in layers in a cauldron or saucepan.
Pour a small amount of broth or water.
Put the pepper, bay leaf, cover and simmer the roast at home for 20-30 minutes. At the end, salt.
Peel the garlic, finely chop the parsley.
Grind garlic with parsley greens.
Home-cooked roast is ready. When serving, sprinkle the roast with parsley, rubbed with garlic.
