Lamb roast with potatoes and dry tortillas

Cut the meat into slices, potatoes and carrots - in circles or large cubes, onions - in rings. In heated fat, fry first the meat, then the onion until golden brown. Put the tomatoes or tomato paste chopped into wedges, stir. Add cooked carrots and potatoes, simmer for 10 - 12 minutes. Then salt, add spices and pour water so that it completely covers the contents of the pan. Before the water boils, put the pieces of dried cake. If the tortillas immediately absorb all the water, you can add a little boiling water. When the potatoes are cooked, remove the pan from the heat. Roast is served on a platter or in plates, sprinkled with spring onions or cilantro.
