Cut the meat into portions, salt, pepper and fry until brown. Put in a saucepan, pour water so that the liquid covers the meat. Add finely chopped onions, garlic, tomato puree and simmer under the lid for about an hour. Then add the peeled whole potatoes and simmer until tender.
any meat - 400 g, beef tallow - 40 g, tomato puree - 30 g, garlic - 1 wedge, potatoes - 600 g, onions - 1 pc., pepper to taste, salt to taste
