Yahnya (vegetable food) from potatoes

the bulbs are finely chopped. flour is browned in heated vegetable oil, onions are added. when and the onion is tinted, sliced potatoes are placed. all this is mixed over the fire and diluted with boiling water in such an amount that it covers the potatoes. celery, salt, pepper, red crushed pepper, sugar, bay leaf are added. the yacht boils until the potatoes soften. tomato puree is added at the end. sprinkled with finely chopped greens on top, left to simmer until the sauce boils. is delivered to the table warm or cold.
