Spaghetti in uniform
Spaghetti is boiled in salted water and reclined in a colander. One separately prepares not too thick sauce from oil, flour, a glass of water and one egg and mixes it with boiled spaghetti, adds mushrooms stewed or fried in oil and salts. Everything is placed in a mold, covered with a rolled round layer of dough (according to the size of the mold), edges are pinched, baked in an oven. Ready-made spaghetti is placed on a dish, served with salad.
